Usage Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:
- 750g lean minced meat
- ½ cup of oil for frying
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 4 slices of white bread
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 medium onions peeled and chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes skinned and grated
- 4 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons of chutney
- 1½ cups of rice
- ½ cup of raisins

Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a suitable bowl, soak the bread in the milk.
- Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onions until translucent to golden brown.
- Add garlic and contents of (pouch 1 - yellow curry), mix well and fry until spices become fragrant.
- Squeeze milk from bread (save the milk). Mix mince, bread and contents of (pouch 2).
- Add this mixture to the pot while stirring frequently.
- When the mince and spices are cooked, add the tomatoes and chutney, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
- Mix eggs and the saved milk drained from the bread together with half the contents of (pouch 3).
- Mix ⅔ of this into the mince mixture. Remove contents from the pot and set the mixture in a greased baking dish and pour the remaining ⅓ mixture over the top of the meat.
- Insert bay leaves from (pouch 4) into the mixture standing up. (Remove after cooking)
- Place the dish in the oven and bake until golden brown. Remove bay leaves before serving.
- Use the rich half of (pouch 3) to prepare the yellow rice according to the instructions on the rice pack. Drain rice and mix raisins into the rice and steam until raisins start to swell.
- Serve garnished with a crispy green salad and a dollop of chutney.
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Use within 6 months of opening.
