Mrs Balls Chutney is an iconic SA flavour, perfect for all uses & adding a distinctive taste to every meal. It's unique recipe survived a shipwreck in 1852 -- from the SS Quanza off East London, SA. It was the Adkins family who saved it, passing it on to their daughter Amelia in 1865, who married Mr Ball. In 1914, demand increased & the Ball kitchen became a production line. Mrs H.S. Ball's Chutney is now enjoyed worldwide.
