Usage Instructions:

1. In a large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and lightly brown 500g beef strips, 125g mushrooms, and 1 red or green pepper.
2. Mix the contents of the packet with 450ml milk. Bring to the boil while stirring continuously. Simmer for 1 minute.
3. Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables, then cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the beef is tender.
4. Serve with pasta or a fresh garden salad for a complete meal.
