Aluminium Rusk Pan & Cutter (50cm X35cm X 3.5cm) - Manufactured specifically for New Zealand LARGER ovens
How to use this Rusk Pan
1. Coat pan with cooking spray.
2. Place rusk dough into the pan base and spread evenly.
3. Spray rusk cutter with cooking spray.
4. Push cutter into the pan base to cut dough.
5. Remove the cutter from the pan before baking.
6. Bake rusks as required and cool completely before separating any pieces that may have ‘baked together’.
7. Dry rusks by storing in the oven at 100°C on a cooling rack. Bake rusks for 2 hours or until completely dried.
8. Enjoy!

I have a large free standing oven and this did not fit inside. Unfortunately my husband opened the plastic before seeing if it would fit so can't be returned. Is Now a pretty cupboard ornament!
I would say this would fit commercial ovens only.
Aside from that, it seems solid and well constructed. Would definitely recommend buying the smaller one - maybe I'll get that for Christmas!

Great product. Idiot buyer… Did not check the size of my oven before purchase! But my daughter (with large oven) is delighted with her gift. Please let me know when the 35x 35 x 3.5 pans are in stock.

Sorry, I put the wrong review with the chutney! I was very disappointed when the pan arrived, as it didn’t fit into my oven, and the instructions that came with it said, very clearly not for domestic ovens! . Maybe that was on the facebook advert, but I didn’t notice it! Anyhow, I had great response when our phone to discuss it, and hopefully I will get the smaller pan when they are in stock

I’m thrilled with my rusk pan & cutter. I bought the large pan & it fits my 90cm oven perfectly. The cut rusks are bigger than the rusk of the smaller pan (I now have both sizes) so if you like a bigger rusk it’s perfect

While the pan was not fit for my oven the team did respond and are taking a return as ot is unused. Looking forward to buying the smaller pan.
